Most clients aren't broken. They've just been handed protocols that were never meant for them. — Blaga, on why she founded the studio
The principles

Four things I will not compromise on — no matter how nicely a client asks.

i.

Evidence first.

Peer-reviewed or it doesn't enter your plan. The literature is enough — we don't need TikTok.

ii.

A 20-year plan.

If you can't see yourself eating this way at 50, we are designing the wrong protocol. Sustainability is the brief.

iii.

Humans, not bots.

No automation in the relationship. You message us, a senior coach reads it within four hours.

iv.

Pleasure is clinical.

A plan that strips out joy fails — biologically, behaviorally, and beautifully. Always.

A decade of practice.

2014

M.S. Clinical Nutrition

King's College · London

Graduated with distinction. Thesis on macronutrient partitioning in perimenopause — still the most-cited paper I've written.

"I thought I'd be a hospital dietitian forever. I was wrong."

2015

Hospital practice

УМБАЛ Александровска · София

Three years in oncology and metabolic clinics. Learned what really moves the needle when a body is under stress — and what definitely doesn't.

Patients seen: 2,300+. Average consultation: 47 minutes.

2018

Performance lead

Roland-Garros annex

Programmed for 16 ranked athletes across two seasons. Two reached career-best rankings during the protocol.

First time I realised the methods that worked for athletes worked beautifully for working professionals — with one or two changes.

Vital Plus founded

Sofia · Center

Twelve clients. One spreadsheet. A laptop. Word of mouth carried the rest.

First-year revenue: enough to hire one coach. We've grown deliberately ever since.

Today

1,200 clients, 42 countries

Sofia · Plovdiv · Online

An atelier with eight senior nutritionists, a software team of three, and a six-week waitlist for Atelier-tier clients.

"Still capping the practice at what we can deliver — never what we could sell."
